Bandwidth Bandits
|
| Sunday, January 25, 2009 |
Files taken from the server or to use the bandwidth of the Internet to encourage throughout the network at various speeds. Each time you upload files to your ISP, or surf the web using the audio application, you use the bandwidth. Bandwidth a bunch of fiber or cable that connects to a server network. Depending on the value of this wire determine the amount of data coming across the network where your web-site is hosted. When someone tries to get more from the data can be handled by the network, the whole network slows down. ISP's can put a limitation on bandwidth at certain times during peak periods or charge a flat fee per month for bandwidth usage. If you go over the average cost, they cost extra to use the extra bandwidth. Some ISP's will shut down the transmission to the traffic on the network more stable. You can load most files (images, sound files, video and flash scripts and other programs) on your website. This does not include, of course, banner and pop-up and specific documents and images that should be taken from a central server. Bandwidth bandits link to photos and other files directly to some other server, not put them in their local server. There are various reasons for why they do this but one reason is to get as much as possible bandwidth to display images and links. Thus, they "steal" images or audio files each time a site diinisialisasi meaning that they steal bandwidth.
There are several ways that you can stop people from stealing your bandwidth allocation. If they have an email, I will contact them personally or through Network Solutions and IP lookup which will provide information about the people and the site is registered to. You can always get in touch with the companies that host their sites as well. Bandwidth can be expensive and the last thing you want is someone who is stealing. |
